We want you to be 100% satisfied. We will refund, replace or exchange any item that doesn’t arrive in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase.

Full policy:

Your order is packed in eco-friendly insulation with plenty of dry ice to ensure that it stays frozen during transit. On the rare occasion that the box is damaged or delayed (due to weather or a carrier mishap), we do not recommend re-freezing the fish once it has begun to thaw. Any items that are no longer cold to the touch should be discarded and not eaten.

We want you to be 100% satisfied. We will refund, replace or exchange any item that doesn’t arrive in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase. Orders of $99+ qualify for free standard shipping (after any discounts are applied). You will receive a tracking email when your order ships, and it will arrive fully frozen.

Shipping Schedule

Orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, and deliver within 1-3 days of shipment. Please order by midnight on Monday to ensure same-week delivery, but note that your order may deliver same-week even if you order after Monday (depending on your transit time).

You will receive a tracking email when your order ships, and it will arrive fully frozen. We do our best to deliver on weekdays so that you have your order in time for the weekend!

Frozen Seafood Items ship separately from Non-Frozen Items (tinned seafood, non-perishable goods). You will receive two tracking numbers if your order contains both frozen and non-frozen items.

Frozen Seafood Items are fulfilled at our main shipping locations in VA ,WA, & NE, and shipped via FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, OnTrac, or GLS-US (depending on various factors).

Non-Frozen Items such as accessories are fulfilled at our main office in NY and shipped via USPS.

Cancelation & changes:

If you’d like to cancel, pause, reschedule, update your seafood selection, you can do so easily, any time from your account.

Subscriber Savings explained:

Save 6.5% on "every 4 weeks"
Save 5.0% on "every 6 weeks"
Save 3.5% on "every 8 weeks"

However you can pause, skip or reschedule your orders of any frequency & not lose your discount.

Upcoming order notifications:

You will be notified via email and/or SMS about your upcoming order 3-5 days prior.
