Jumbo Easy-Peel Wild Gulf Shrimp are our largest shrimp tails. They come with shells on, but the shells are easy to remove thanks to a knife cut along the back of each shrimp. They have also been deveined.
"Why keep the shell on?" you ask. Cooking shrimp in the shell protects the sweet meat inside, keeping them tender and succulent while grilling, sautéing, etc. The shells can also impart a great flavor to whatever sauce they are cooked into, and they are fun and easy to peel at the table.
These are JUMBO wild-caught Gulf Shrimp, untouched by antibiotics, preservatives, or chemicals, so they will cook faster and taste sweeter than other shrimp on the market.
