All of our fish is wild-caught by American fishermen from sustainably-managed U.S. fisheries. Unlike so much fish in grocery stores, we only process and pack in the USA. Each pack of fish includes a traceability sticker, detailing how and where it was caught. All of our fish is rated "Best Choice" or "Good Alternative" by Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch, and most are Certified Sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council.
Our packaging is fully curbside recyclable, with no styrofoam used.
