Is frozen seafood really as good as fresh? Better, actually. Our seafood is frozen within hours of being caught, preserving freshness that "fresh" seafood travelling for days simply can't match.

Where does your seafood come from? 100% wild-caught from U.S. fisheries - never farmed, never imported. Every pack lists the fishery, catch area, and landing port, verified by DNA testing.

Do I have to subscribe, or can I buy once? No subscription required. You can place a one-time order on any product. Subscription is available if you want regular delivery - flexible frequency, cancel anytime.

How much does each pack serve? Individual packs contain two servings (2 x 5-6oz portions). Box sets are designed to serve a household of 2-4 over several weeks. Exact portions are listed on each product page.

How do I thaw it? Move a pack from the freezer to the fridge the night before you cook. For faster thawing, leave the sealed pack in a bowl of cold water for 20-30 minutes. Do not thaw on the counter or in warm water.
