Poaching is our favorite method. Fill a pan with enough lightly-salted water to cover the shrimp. Bring the water to a high boil. Add unseasoned shrimp and turn off heat. Let shrimp sit for 6-8 mins before removing. Chill immediately when using for Shrimp Cocktail.

I ordered 4 packs of the JUMBO EZ PEEL shrimp. They arrived a day late but only because we had a horrific ice storm here in DFW! Was not the company's fault. The shrimp are HUGE and BEAUTIFUL... put them in fridge to thaw for grilling this weekend! Nothing more fun than paper on the table, everyone peel, eat and have a ball!! Makes great memories for special occasions!
