Caught from the icy straights of Alaska to the sunny shores of Santa Barbara, there is no more delicious or healthy salmon than King Salmon, hook & line caught. With fat-marbled flesh we suggest cooking medium or medium-rare or just eating it raw! Delivered boneless and skin-on.

Sauté the fillets, skin side down, and pair with a simple salad, such as our Grilled King Salmon with Potato Salad recipe. You could also use Wild King Salmon for Cured Salmon Gravlax and Wild Salmon Poke.
Our King Salmon is wild-caught in Alaska or California. Please check the traceability sticker on each individual pack for specific landing location and catch method!
